Return & Refund Policy
At Trendease, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will need photo or video evidence of the issue, along with your receipt, to evaluate the problem and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., health and beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
